May 26, 2011-Thirty-two new graduates of the St. Louis Police Academy took the oath and were presented with their shiny new badges during a hastily-called ceremony Thursday morning at St. Louis police headquarters. The ceremony had originally been set for Wednesday night at Harris-Stowe State University but was rained out.
