    The year Kiel Opera House reopened, they set a franchise record, not only Downtown but as long as they have ‘been in existence’. The month the opera house reopened the Cardinals won the World Series. Keeping promises is good. Now the opera house should used as it was intended-full use of main theater and one or 2 smaller theater concert halls, and two for banquets and weddings. This is how it best ‘recovers’ our lost travel business and propels Downtown revitalization north to Washington Avenue.
