On Saturday, April 20, 2013 Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon conducted an aerial survey of flooding and rising river levels affecting Mississippi River communities and visited Clarksville to assess the situation there. The community is building a flood wall with the help of residents, volunteers, the Missouri National Guard and Missouri prison inmates. (Flckr/Mo DPS)
