Study: Girls Who Eat Peanut Butter Lower Their Risk of Breast Cancer Later in Life

Start spreading the news, there is a new found benefit for girls who eat peanut butter. According to a study from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and Harvard Medical School, girls 9 to 15 years of age who regularly ate peanut butter or nuts were 39 percent less likely to develop benign breast disease by age 30.
