The city of St. Louis is scheduled to announce its decision later this month on whether to revoke the hotel license of the New Life Evangelistic Center downtown.
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers has begun a campaign calling on the city to take action against Thomas Ruzicka.
In testimony today, Rice will seek to blame downtown’s homeless problem on the negligence of surrounding communities.
