Authorities have identified a man found in the Mississippi River at downtown St. Louis.
Nearly 800,000 Americans suffer strokes each year, and 130,000 die as a result. This makes the condition the fifth most common cause of death in the United States.
Planned Parenthood released a statement on the allegations, denying it has conducted illegal activity or sold fetal tissue.

The St. Louis Police are investigating the discovery of a body along the riverfront that was found on Sunday.
Hazelwood police say Clark’s body was found about 400 yards from his car, which was found last evening in the parking lot of a truck driving school on Missouri Bottom Road.
Authorities in eastern Missouri’s Warren County west of St. Louis have exhumed the remains of a headless, handless man in hopes of identifying him 28 years after his body was found.
The woman was later identified as Michelle Porter.
Sheriff’s detectives are hopeful that DNA testing can be used to identify the fair-skinned man and solve the killing.
