The man who broke into several cars in the Ameristar Casino parking garage in St. Charles earlier this week remains at large.
St. Louis Police are increasing the patrol in Forest park to have a better handle on thieves and any other possible crimes.
Police say that between 7:00 p.m. Tuesday and 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, thieves broke the front windows of 18 vehicles.
Initial reports say the two were spotted breaking into a car on Delor Street at about 4 a.m. Thursday.

The break-ins happened Friday night as several Girl Scout troops were at the zoo for a campout.
