Cardinals Recall Outfielder Randal Grichuk, Option Shane Robinson to Memphis

Grichuk made his major league debut earlier this season, appearing in nine games for the Cardinals while making four starts and going 3-for-21 with a double and triple.

The St. Louis Cardinals today recalled right-handed hitting outfielder Shane Robinson from Memphis (AAA) and outfielder Joey Butler was optioned to the triple-A club following last night’s game.

The St. Louis Cardinals announced today that second baseman Kolten Wong has been recalled from Memphis (AAA) and that infielder Greg Garcia has been optioned to the triple-A club.
