St. Charles County Republicans reconvened Tuesday, weeks after the initial caucus was canceled after descending into chaos amid rules disputes and claims of favoritism.
“I want to make it clear to the people of St Charles County that we will conduct this caucus in a fair, honest, and transparent manner.”
The County G.O.P. Chairman Eugene Dokes issued a statement apologizing for the confusion
