Circus Flora is underway now under the big top next to Powell Hall. Artistic Director Jack Walsh tells us how last night’s opening night went. David Balding gave us St. Louis’ very own circus. And Circus Flora has delighted audiences of all ages for almost 30 years. Friends and admirers paid tribute to David at a Memorial under the Big Top.
