St. Louis Blues new head coach Ken Hitchcock looks to General Manager Doug Armstrong as he is introuced to reporters, taking the place of fired head coach Davis Payne, at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis on November 7, 2011. Hitchcock has 534 career wins as a head coach, with his best season coming in 1999 when he won a Stanley Cup in Dallas. If it doesn’t happen under Hitchcock, the players are on the hook. It’s time for the guys wearing the Blue Note on their chest each game to deliver on the promise and potential they have shown to become players in the NHL.
