A 20-year-old woman was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver early this morning near Lambert Airport.
A motorist told city police that shortly after 10 p.m., she was driving east on Olive at 16th when two pedestrians “suddenly appeared” in front of her Pontiac G6.
