“The ones you’re getting are in the best shape,” said Bill Failing, President of Vintage Trolley Inc., a non-profit company which owns four vintage trolleys in Portland.

“Now that it is shutdown there is no communication with the Federal Transit Administration due to the shutdown,” Delmar Loop developer Joe Edwards said.
Two suspects shot by an St. Charles County Sheriff Deputy during an attempted robbery Monday night in Forest Park have been charged.
According to St. Louis Police, the off-duty officer, 42, was jogging with a female acquaintance, 23, at the bottom of Art Hill around 11:15 p.m.
