Tiger Woods will play three tournaments over a five-week stretch that may be his most important stretch of golf since he returned from the 2009 scandal.


Ellen Port captured her 5th United States Golf Association Championship, joining a select group that includes Hale Irwin, Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Hollis Stacy, Carole Semple Thompson, Mickey Wright and Juli Inkster.
