Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department Captain Ron Arnhart says the father is in his 60s, the son in his 40s.

Since the incident, Gavan’s son is still clean and is graduating from high school. Loyd has been in trouble with the law.
There are reports today that one person has died as a result of flash flooding near the Joachim Creek.
