The latest quarterly report from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis suggests that wages are stagnant in the region.

The state’s unemployment rate declined to 6.9 percent, the lowest mark since late 2008.
The jobless rate rose a tenth of a percentage point to 8.7 percent.
Missouri added about 4,800 jobs in March.
The national unemployment rate is 8.6 percent.
