Mayor Adam Paul calls it a stressful situation and says the request for bids has gone out to audit companies.
The city government in Ellisville is once again back in the limelight and this time the Missouri State Highway Patrol has been asked to investigate.
“This isn’t a matter of revenge or of payback for what transpired or what was set forth against me,” the mayor says.
Ellisville Mayor Adam Paul insisted to that last night’s firing was not his revenge.
“I want to get the city back going, I want to turn ashy back to classy,” Paul said after Wednesday’s council meeting.
