More Than 400 Pounds of Marijuana Chocolate Seized

Within 24 hours of the state legislature taking up a bill that would legalize the use of medicinal marijuana in Missouri, a California man traveling through the state was arrested for having nearly 400 pounds of marijuana chocolate.
