Wainwright Heading Back to STL with Abdomen Pain

Adam Wainwright is returning to St. Louis on Wednesday afternoon to see a specialist on Thursday after experiencing lower abdomen pain.

Cardinals Sign Carlos Villanueva to Minor League Deal

The St. Louis Cardinals announced today that they have signed veteran right-handed pitcher Carlos Villanueva to a minor league contract that includes an invitation to the team’s Major League Spring Training Camp.
