57-year-old Mona Diss purchased the winning Missouri Lottery Powerball ticket at Mobil On The Run, 1632 Highway Z, in Pevely.
The ticket was purchased at a QuikTrip in the St. Charles County town of O’Fallon.
The sales will be offered at 15 gas station and 150 pumps, though the locations have not yet been determined.
