Investigators say the house fire in southwestern Illinois that killed four children is suspicious.
Combined with heavy rain the previous weekend and two big snows in the weeks before that, all the water is causing rivers to rise.
Randolph County Coroner Randy Dudenbostel says an autopsy is scheduled for the male prisoner found dead Thursday night.
