Mayor Slay testifies in Jefferson City against the bill
The first bill being considered by a Missouri House committee this year would prohibit the payment of union fees from being a condition of employment.

Some insist Missouri made a positive impression on business leaders merely by trying to get Boeing to locate its 777X plant in the area.
“This is an apolitical board,” Spence said, “I don’t think my view on one particular issue should come into something that is a volunteer board.”
