Authorities are searching for a cunning criminal who stole a Wisconsin woman’s diamond ring after paying to fly her to St. Louis.

Several University of Missouri–St. Louis (UMSL) students were robbed Friday morning, near the north St. Louis County campus.
Investigators say the female victim found an iPhone on Craigslist and, after calling about it, the seller told her not to call him but to text. After several texts, they agreed to meet.
Associate Vice Chancellor Steve Givens says that the university is safe and there have not been violent crimes on campus. But the surrounding areas are a different situation.
The vendor is expected to recover. The suspects are black men in their early 20s. Two of the suspects were wearing white t-shirts, one had a plaid shirt. The fourth was wearing a blue shirt and had his right arm in a cast.
St. Louis Police are asking for the public’s help in finding two men who held-up the Eat Rite Diner at 622 Chouteau.
Police arrived at a Chili’s restaurant just before 9:30 last night on N. Illinois St. in Fairview Heights. Witnesses there said three masked men, two armed with guns, entered the restaurant.
Edward Starns was tracked to hotel, where he was found to be in possession of heroin.
Charles James Jr. is charged with one count of aggravated robbery.
