Frazier Glenn Cross is accused of killing William Corporon, 69, and his grandson, Reat Griffin Underwood, 14, on April 13 in the parking lot of the Jewish Community Center in Overland Park, Kansas.
Mohammed Whitaker of Grandview was in court for his preliminary hearing on 18 felony counts stemming from highway shootings that started in early March.
