Nixon Directs Agencies to Implement Supreme Court’s Same-Sex Marriage Ruling

Gov. Jay Nixon today signed an executive order directing all departments, agencies, boards and commissions in the executive branch to take all necessary measures to ensure compliance with the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision establishing a Constitutional right to same-sex marriage.
