After being docked for about three years, the Grafton Ferry is expected to return to the water on Friday.

The National Weather Service says two of the tornadoes were rated EF-3, which means they contained winds measuring 136 to 165 miles per hour.
The National Weather Service says there are multiple spots of potential failures along that levee between Portage Des Sioux and West Alton.
