U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder reassured college students Wednesday in suburban St. Louis, a few miles from where 18-year-old Michael Brown was fatally shot by a police officer, and a group of protesters gathered outside a building where a grand jury was expected to begin hearing evidence to determine whether the officer should be charged.
