student transfers in St. Louis

8/2/13-With a blast of confetti as the ribbon was cut, Taubman Prestige Outlets opened its new location in Chesterfield (I-64 at Boone's Crossing) Friday morning. "The location and accessibility are unparalleled" according to mall general manager Colleen O'Neill. She said while only about half of the stores were occupied on opening day, "we're 80% leased and committed". Owner Robert Taubman announced during the ribbon-cutting ceremony that Juicy Couture and Solstice have just signed up to open stores at Prestige Outlets. (KMOX/Brett Blume)
