Texting and Driving
No more texting while driving in Chesterfield – the city council unanimously passed an ordinance Monday night prohibiting all texting and driving in city limits.
After a 7 p.m. vote tonight by council members, it could become illegal to text and drive at any age in St. Charles.
The company estimates 100,000 accidents a year are the result of texting and driving.
