Two men with ties to the New Black Panther Party who were reportedly plotting to bomb the Gateway Arch are indicted by a federal grand jury in St. Louis.
The 38-year-old officer has 14 years of law enforcement experience, the AP reports. He wasn’t injured.
At a press conference Thursday announcing the capture and charges of more than 58 people, Kelly said the area is “in a state of lawlessness.”
Police seek two others in connection with holdup.
Undercover buys started back in July, led to coordinated pre-dawn raids in Missouri, Illinois.
