Saint Louis Track Club (STLC), founded in 1970, maintains a commitment to making fitness available for all ages and abilities. STLC offers extensive opportunities to runners in the St. Louis area, maintaining a site calendar to keep members updated. A really nice feature is the partner search. STLC has a secure email procedure members can use to find members in their area and set up times to run together.

Fleet Feet Runners Club has year-round Saturday morning runs. Rain or shine, the group meets at 7 a.m. to run courses as long as 10 miles and as short as four miles. The Saturday morning runs occur in alternate locations: January through April in downtown St. Charles, Mo.; May through August on the Rex-Plex trails; and September through December at Creve Coeur Park. Each run ends with a social time where runners can enjoy coffee, bagels or breakfast. Fleet Feet also sponsors races, free run groups and special events throughout the year. Big River Running Company is more than a sports store. Big River hosts group runs in keeping with its mission to promote community fitness through walking and running. The groups are open to all ages and abilities. Organized group runs are held at each of the Big River Running Company’s locations to ensure group running is available throughout the greater St. Louis area.
Monday: Group runs start at 6 p.m. at both the south city and the O’Fallon locations. The runs occur year-round, open to all ages. Pets and strollers are welcome, so bring your dogs and babies for an evening of fitness.
Monday: June through August – Big River hosts group runs focused on high school and collegiate runners, however all members are welcome. The run begins at 8 a.m. at the West County store and goes to Queeny Park for loops of varying distances.
Tuesday/Thursday Speed Sessions: May 7 to August 1 – These runs are focused on increasing speed and endurance. Please arrive early for warm-ups.
www.stlrunners.comSTL Runners is an online venue for runners in the St. Louis area. STL Runners is a meetup group of athletes where runners connect and host their own running schedules. Since 2008, the online site has promoted running for fitness and sport in the St. Louis area. Joining is easy, simply register online. STL Runners features a calendar of events ranging from weekly meetup runs to sponsored 5K and 10K runs. Members are encouraged to attend the social events for fellowship and fun.
Belleville Running Club
Beginning in 2005, the Belleville Running Club is an informal venue for runners who want company on long runs. The benefits of partnering on the running trail include support to continue to push for the extra mile, friendship and team building. On Thursdays, the group meets at 6 p.m. in downtown Belleville in a parking lot at the northwest corner of A and North Jackson streets adjacent to the Lincoln Jog (100 N. High St). The runners have a course spanning a three-mile loop. Each Saturday morning at 8 a.m., the group meets in the parking lot located at 113 East Main Street in downtown Belleville. The Saturday group runs a five-mile loop.
