AFFTON, Mo. (KMOX) – Three people are in custody for Friday’s night’s stabbing death in Affton.

St. Louis County police say 19-year-old Matthew Angle-Marshall of Arnold, 29-year-old Kenneth Medert of Barnhart, and 33-year-old Sandra Medert of Arnold are each charged with second-degree murder.

Other charges filed against the trio include: robbery, assault, and two counts of armed criminal action.

Detectives say Sandra Medert knew the 61-year-old homeowner and had been to his house on previous occasions. He was shot, but is expected to survive.

The man’s friend, 64-year-old Dennis Price of DeSoto, died from a stab wound.

Bond is set at $500 ,000 for the two male suspects.

Sandra Medert’s is $100,000.
