CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KMOX)– The estranged husband of a missing mother of triplets is being held without bond on internet harassement charges.  Meanwhile, federal prosecutors are suggesting James Clay Waller has made admissions about the disappearance and death of Jacque Waller.

39-year-old James Clay Waller was in federal court in Cape Girardeau today (Thursday), accused of sending an e-mail that threatened physical harm to a relative of his wife.

During that hearing, the Southeast Missourian reported federal prosecutors announced Clay Waller had confessed to Jacque’s killing.   He’s scheduled to be back in court Monday.

KMOX News has left a message with the US Attorney’s office seeking comment.  Cape Girardeau County Prosecutors referred calls to federal officials.

Jacque Waller was reported missing June first.
