Protester Brad Veltry says about 4 or 5 tents have electric heaters in them which are all plugged into electrical sockets built into Kiener Plaza.

When asked who pays for the electric bill to run the heaters Veltry said, “I would image my tax dollars pay that bill, and I’m more than

Veltry says the 30 to 40 protesters are committed to maintaining their presence in Kiener Plaza, even when freezing weather arrives.
