ST. LOUIS (KMOX) –  Police have reclassified charges against a St. Louis teen to homicide following the death of one of his alleged victims.

19-year-old Travon Jones was being held in connection with an assault on a 50-year-old woman and a 92-year-old man in the 4400 block of Catherine on the evening of November 6th.

The 92-year-old man eventually died of injuries he sustained in the assault over the weekend.

Jones is being held on $200,000 bond on charges of homicide, 1st degree robbery, 1st degree burglary, 2nd degree assault, forcible sodomy, theft, tampering with a vehicle and resisting arrest.
