ST. LOUIS (KMOX) -We now know the identity of the man whose body was found in a bullet riddled car in St. Louis over the noon-hour Friday.

26-year-old Devon Cahill was from north St. Louis County’s Castle Point neighborhood. When police pulled up to the scene on Granville Place near Minerva, they found a car with nearly three dozen bullet holes in it. Cahill was hit several times.

Officers found a 19-year-old man who was also hit several times in a nearby gangway. He’s in critical condition.

Witnesses say they saw the suspect vehicle, a white Dodge Caliber, occupied by a black man, leave the scene. The suspect and that car are still out there.
