ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – You saw her for years riding her magic carpet above the Arch: Becky the Queen of Carpet.

Now that magic carpet ride, that has become iconic in St. Louis advertising, is ending along with the closing of all six stores in the St. Louis area.

There is also concern among some customers who’ve already paid for carpet wont get their money back.

Some customers said they’ve tried without success others said they received a letter, written by Becky, stating they will get refunds.
