Anna Messmer
HILLSBORO, Mo. (KMOX) – A 28-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with a rash of home break-ins in the High Ridge and Fenton areas.
Anna Messmer of High Ridge faces four counts of 2nd degree burglary and is jailed on $100,000 bond.
She’s in custody at the Jefferson County Jail.
