We’ve all heard of “house flipping.” But now there’s something called “pet flipping.” In a story KMOX and KMOX.com first told you about earlier this week, people are stealing pets and selling them for drugs. Gale Frey is the founder of the St. Louis area rescue group Mutts-N-Stuff.
