JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMOX) – A Missouri dairy is voluntarily recalling some of its cream from the marketplace.

The State Milk Board, in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Agriculture and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, says Ozark Mountain Creamery of Mountain Grove reported tests on Friday showing some of the milk in the cream may have been unpasteurized or improperly pasteurized. That means it could contain harmful pathogens.

The cream is in half-gallon glass bottles, marked with the code 6/28 and 7/05.

The Missouri Department of Agriculture provided KMOX a list of places in the St. Louis region where the products may have been sold to customers.
– Sidney St. Cafe in St. Louis
– Vanbuskirk Chocolate in St. Louis
– Local Harvest (restaurant) in St. Louis
– Schnucks in Eureka and Washington

Those who purchased the recalled product should return the unused portion to the store where they bought it for a refund.
