ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOX) – A woman believed to be involved in a robbery at an AT&T store Wednesday morning is now in police custody.

Illinois State Police pulled over a vehicle that matched the description of the vehicle used in the robbery, off Highway 55 in Illinois. When the vehicle stopped two men inside jumped out and fled. They’re still at large. The woman driver was arrested.

Numerous cell phones and other items related to the morning robbery were recovered.

Police were dispatched at 9:50 a.m. for a robbery that occurred at 7345 South Lindbergh. They found two employees tied up in a back room. No injuries were reported.

Police say one suspect was wearing tan Boonie-style hat with blue or green shirt and displayed a handgun, during the robbery.

They are believed to be armed and dangerous.
