St. Louis (KMOX) What has been a hassle for West County drivers for a while–is about to come to an end.

Missouri American Water Spokeswoman Ann Dettmer says they are about to wrap up their work replacing more than 11-thousand feet of aging water mains along Manchester Road.

The work-centered between Henry and Old Ballwin Road-has been going on at night to minimize traffic problems.

The Post Dispatch reporting the project is about a month ahead of schedule-and the final resurfacing of Manchester should be done within the next few weeks.
