With the success recently of the movies “Son of God,” “God’s Not Dead” and the latest in the faith-based trend, “Noah,” it seems that audiences are finding they want to see these types of faith-based motion picture themes. In fact, “Noah” opened this weekend in first place at the box office with a surprising total of $44 million.

Filmed amidst the bleak volcanic landscape of Iceland, “Noah” is an unconventional telling of the Biblical tale of Noah and the Ark. Russell Crowe as Noah and Ray Winstone as Tubal-cain carry the film’s dramatic strength. The cast also includes Anthony Hopkins, Jennifer Connelly and Emma Watson.

The imaging and production designs of “Noah” are breathtaking, and best appreciated in an IMAX theater. It is a highly dramatic and gripping movie. You may find fault with it, depending on your own personal religious beliefs. But when taken as an original adaptation, it is a harry star 4andahalfstars Noah and Budapest Show Power of Vision motion picture that most will find intriguing and thoughtful.

“The Grand Budapest Hotel” is another visionary exercise replete with images and color that set it off as an adult comedy fantasy unlike anything you have seen. Starring Ralph Fiennes as the infamous concierge of a remote European hotel and resort during the brink of WWII, it is the tale of the concierge, his lobby boy and the misadventures in which they become embroiled on almost a non-stop basis.

The large international cast also includes F. Murray Abraham, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Bill Murray and Harvey Keitel. “The Grand Budapest Hotel” is a harry star 4stars Noah and Budapest Show Power of Vision success, always funny and highly energized by its color and hilarious perspectives.
