FERGUSON, MO. (KMOX) –  The SARAA alert for a missing Ferguson boy has been cancelled.

Ferguson police say that 8-month-old Darrius Thompson has been located and is safe.


A SARAA alert has been issued as the search continues for a missing 8-month-old Ferguson boy.

Police say the grandmother of Darrius Thompson took the boy with her to buy milk late Monday night and never returned.

The child has black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a shirt with a yellow collar and blue shorts.

He’s described as having a puff-ball hairstyle.

Little is known about the grandmother other than her name, Marcy Robinson, and the fact she’s 5’6″ and weighs 190 pounds.

She was driving a 2005 black Pontiac Grand Prix with MO license plats FL3-R2E.
