COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMOX) – In the final Associated Press Top 25 college football rankings released Sunday morning, Missouri fell from 14th to 16th.

The Tigers lost to #1 Alabama in Saturday’s SEC Championship game.

Mizzou will find out later Sunday where it’s headed for a postseason bowl game.

KMOX Sports host and Missouri football play-by-play announcer Mike Kelly says there are several possibilities, “I’ve heard Citrus Bowl. I’ve heard the TaxSlayer Bowl in Jacksonville (formerly the Gator Bowl). I know the folks in Memphis would like to have Missouri if they drop that far.”

Kelly says it’s up to the SEC to decide where it places teams from its conference.
