Nick Whitney, who is blind, was denied taxi service outside a Schnucks store, and eventually, a Schnucks customer took him and his guide dog home. Whitney says the Americans With Disabilities Act makes it illegal for the cab driver to deny service to him and his guide dog. The cab driver says he is allergic to dogs. What do you think?
