The KMOX Food Fight, presented by Hollywood Casino and the Business Bank of St Louis, returns this Spring! This second annual competition pits the best up and coming chefs in St Louis against one another in the ultimate culinary clash. 2015 will feature a dozen top chefs and their unique culinary creations, and the best part is that you will help decide the winner.

First Course:
The First Course kickoff event was held at Hollywood Casino on Thursday, March 5th at 6:30 pm. Attendees met each chef and introduced their taste buds to the mouthwatering culinary styles of St. Louis’ finest chefs. Each chef served up sample portions of their signature Food Fight competition dishes.

Main Course:
Didn’t’t make the First Course? No problem! Throughout the month of March, you are invited on a culinary tour of St. Louis. Head into each of the competing restaurants to get the full dining experience and try each of the dozen delicious dishes prepared by our chefs. Dine in, text for your favorite chef, and advance them to the Final Cut!

Final Cut:
After all of the votes have been counted, the top two chefs will be invited to battle it out in a live cooking competition at the Food Fight Final Cut on April 2nd. Attendees will be able to taste each creation and vote for their favorite dish in this delicious duel to crown the 2015 Food Fight Champion! Only a select number of seats will be available and they will go fast! Tickets are on sale now!
