Kevin Kious joined us to talk about the new book he’s co-authored: “St. Louis Brews: The History of Brewing in the Gateway City.” This is the second edition, which tells the history of breweries in St. Louis in words and beautiful pictures. Check out the interview here.
It was announced last week that St. Louis is one of five cities vying to host the International Ice Hockey Federation’s World Junior Championships in 2018. The two-week tournament running between Christmas and New Year’s brings the worlds best under 20-year-old hockey players together and has featured such stars as Vladimir Tarasenko and Alex Pietrangelo. We talked with USA Hockey’s Mike Bertsch about what St. Louis has to do to beat out Chicago, Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Tampa Bay to host it. Hear what he had to say here.
