Among our guests was Mike Knopfel, whose honoring the life of his late brother by establishing a scholarship for local hospitality industry workers. The Scott Knopfel Memorial Dine-Out is this Tuesday, November 10. Webster University is marking its 100th birthday in a unique way, with dance.
