ST. LOUIS (News release) – St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the club has activated forward Paul Stastny from injured reserve (IR).

Stastny has missed the past 16 games after suffering a broken right foot in the Blues’ 4-3 win in Vancouver on Oct. 16.

Prior to his injury, Stastny, 29, had posted five points (one goal, four assists) through his first five games this season.

The 6’0, 205-pound forward is currently in his second season with the Blues after the club signed him as a free agent on July 1, 2014.
